Oral Presentation

Each presenter will have 30 minutes for their presentation. The 30 minute presentation length is inclusive of question and answer time. Presenters can choose to speak for less than 30 minutes if they wish to allow for further discussion. Papers should communicate research, investigations and studies, or programs implemented, outcomes and/or industry trends including showcasing experience in industry-based practices and lessons learnt. Presentation aides are encouraged such as slides, videos and props. Your presentation will also be recorded and your PowerPoint presentation will be made available online to conference attendees after the conference. Final presentations are to be submitted 5 days prior to the conference for conference preparations. Rooms are equipped with a laptop and protector screen. Additional AV can be requested during the abstract submission process and subject to availability. NOTE: Abstracts not selected for Oral Presentation may be offered a Poster presentation.
